We do not accept returns or exchanges. The item you purchased must be proven via photographic confirmation to be defective for it to be possible to conduct an Inspection. Upon receipt of photographic evidence, we will fully examine it and notify you via E-Mail, within 5-10 business days with a response to the inquiry. If the item is found defective, will offer an opportunity to participate in an upcoming release with a coupon of the settled amount.
